Mrs. Jovita R. Ragasa, a nurse based in Daly City, California and a native of Barangay Pangada of this town, together with her daughter Maria "Che-Che" Ragasa Asuncion, distributed school supplies to all public school elementary students in the Municipality of Sta. Catalina. Mrs. Flora Asuncion, wife of the Mayor, and Mrs. Aurea "Rebing" Oandasan, helped them give gifts to the school children.
