A total of nine (9) Kulig-ligs were distributed to the different Farmer Organizations (Bileg Ti Mannalon) of Sta. Catalina, Ilocos Sur that will be used by its members. Said equipments were funded by Congressman Ronald V. Singson thru the initiative of Mayor Carlos R. Asuncion.

Since the Municipality of Sta. Catalina is known to be the “Vegetable Bowl of the North” and farming is the main source of living, Mayor Caloy is always looking for whatever assistance he could offer to farmers in order to increase their productivity and income.
